Relaxing Evening of Yoga Nidra

Come treat yourself to a relaxing evening of Yoga Nidra!
Yoga Nidra is a sacred ancient practice of profound self observation. It creates a space where we can remember and reclaim who and what we truly are. The physical body is drawn into a deep state of release. While the conscious mind stays awake and aware. This practice allows us to temporarily shift from the conscious to the subconscious realms of the mind where deep alchemy and transformation can take place.
Join us for this 2 hour yogic sleep experience!
• We will begin with breath work and gentle flow yoga.
• We will then move into our Yoga Nests on the heated floor. Plan to spend up to 40 minutes in either a sitting or lying position.
•You will need to bring your own nesting materials: blankets and pillows, an eye mask (a sock or sleeve will work), a yoga mat or camping mat, cozy socks, and water. Harmony Woods does have some bolsters for you to use if desired.
• No experience necessary beginners welcome!
• This class will be guided by Jen Ross, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Laura Kortus. We look forward to this beautiful offering at Harmony Woods!
