A Day of Mindfulness Retreat:
Fill your cup and learn some practices designed to bring more joy and present moment awareness into your life. Join Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Instructor, Karen Vielle, for A Day of Mindfulness at Harmony Woods Retreat Center. During this retreat you’ll have the opportunity to practice being present in all its forms: during movement, rest, walking, eating, and journaling. No prior experience with mindfulness, meditation, or yoga is required.
$100 includes the full day of peaceful, mindfulness practice activities plus coffee, tea, snacks, and a simple lunch.
