Mappa Divina Retreat

Come join Heather Berndt for an afternoon of exploring the divine at Harmony Woods!

Where are you on the path with the divine? Is there a threshold place calling to your soul? Mappa
Divina is a sacred visioning process rooted in the contemplative practices of map making and creative
discernment. It involves writing, collage, and prayer intended to promote communion with spirit and
alignment with Godde’s highest good for your life. The process is like creating a vision board but dives
deeper into your inner landscape and is oriented toward being and doing rather than having. At the end
of the retreat, participants will have a set of words and images to guide them on their journey forward.
Best of all, it’s fun!
Mappa Divina is grounded in:
 the human experience through a lens of divine mystery.
 an assumption of wholeness with an invitation to expanding and deepening.
 an orientation towards freedom, authenticity, and the gift of embodied wisdom.
 inspired action through exploratory writing, collage art, and contemplative prayer.
No special skills needed, and all supplies provided. The only requirement is open hands and hearts.
