We will use dance, play, meditation and activities in nature to explore the Toltec wisdom Don Miguel Ruiz’s Four Agreements and the Hawaiian tradition of Ho’oponopono. These transformative practices offer a pathway to walking with an open heart, healing relationships, and opening connection to deep intuitive guidance.
