Daylong Meditation Retreat with Ayya Ahimsa

What a special gift to have Sister Ayya Ahimsa come all the way from Canmore Theravada Buddhist Monastery in Alberta to lead a daylong meditation retreat!
This will be a combination of meditation and teachings. Please bring your own lunch or a dish to share with others and Sister Ayya Ahimsa if you would like. Tea will be provided.
