Winter Retreat with Chatburn Companioning & Retreats

Retreat will begin Friday evening at 5pm and starting again Saturday morning at 8 AM, concluding at 5 PM. Dinner Friday as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday will be provided. If you would like to stay overnight at Harmony Woods, there are four private rooms available for an additional cost and are reserved directly through Harmony Woods by emailing christi@harmonywoods.org or calling 509-993-2968.
Surrender to Wild Winter and reset over the New Year. We will retreat in the recurrent rhythm of nourish, meditate, move, and reflect. We will have moments for guided meditations and gentle movements as well as options for snowshoeing or hiking, weather permitting. There will be opportunities for personal silent reflection and moments of sharing if desired. Join us.
