Emerge And Shine: Yoga and Soundbath

Take some time for yourself at Harmony Wood Retreat Center. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Spokane, this space has an atmosphere of relaxation and peace. Join Aiko Terao and Chantelle Flint on Sunday May 7 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm for an evening of Yoga and Sound Healing. Aiko will lead the movement portion of the evening by using breath work that allows you to deepen your focus on the origin of your breath, and poses that allow you to expand hidden tightness, you will be able to emerge from a long winter nap. The shine part is a surprise group creative process that will leave you with a feeling of completeness and a sense of playfulness through some laughter yoga poses. Chantelle will take you on a sound journey that will include Crystal and Himalayan SInging Bowls, Rav Fast Drum, Wind Gong, Bar and Zephir Chimes, plus additional sound healing tools and intuitive vocalizations. Soak in the soundwaves as they bath you in beneficial frequencies and bring restoration to you on a cellular level.
